Susan brings many years of experience in the private and non-profit sectors in a variety of teaching, leadership and management roles.  Common to these positions is the capability to train, coach, and facilitate individuals and groups from entry level through to Executive positions.  She is dedicated to working with clients using inspiration, self discovery and empowerment to assist with ‘Finding the Star Within’.  Susan is truly committed to the concept of seeking new and enlightened heights for personal and professional growth.  The ultimate goal is to create a clear, self directed path in order to achieve and maximize an individual’s/organization’s fullest potential.

Susan believes in the power of service and giving.  She currently serves at the District 7010 Level with Rotary International.  She has served on the Professional Development
Committee of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, and is a former Board Member of the International Coach Federation-GTA, and Gilda's Club Barrie.
